🔄 Our Refund Policy

Since our Journal Selection Service involves personalized research and expert analysis, we follow a limited refund policy under specific conditions:


âś… Eligible for Refund

A full refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to provide a suitable list of journals relevant to your research topic within the agreed timeline (3–5 working days).

  • A technical issue on our end prevents the completion of the service after payment has been received.

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service due to a system or transaction error.


❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • The journal list has already been delivered to the client.

  • The client chooses to cancel the service after journal curation work has begun.

  • The client does not accept the suggested journals despite them meeting the agreed criteria (scope match, indexing status, subject relevance).

  • Delay in providing required information/documents from the client’s end.


🔄 One-Time Revision Policy

If you are not satisfied with the initial list of journals, we offer a free one-time revision based on your feedback. This helps ensure you receive the best-fit suggestions for your publication goals.

To request a refund, please email us at support@globalengineeringprojects.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Transaction ID or payment proof

  • Reason for requesting the refund

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days
