A full refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

We are unable to provide a suitable list of journals relevant to your research topic within the agreed timeline (3–5 working days).

A technical issue on our end prevents the completion of the service after payment has been received.

Duplicate payment made for the same service due to a system or transaction error.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

The journal list has already been delivered to the client.

The client chooses to cancel the service after journal curation work has begun.

The client does not accept the suggested journals despite them meeting the agreed criteria (scope match, indexing status, subject relevance).
